Production

Custom orders have a production lead time of 30 days after payment and confirmation of order details, including any logo proof. Shipping time is additional.

Delivery

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China, to destinations available at checkout. For mainland China, please contact us or submit an order request. Shipping charges are shown before payment; tracking is provided after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Duties and support

Import duties, local taxes and customs fees are payable by the recipient. Please check your address and contact number. For damaged, missing or incorrect goods, contact hello@treasurecasepackaging.com with your order number and photographs, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
