Custom orders and samples

Custom-made or personalised products and samples cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods remain covered. Please contact us before returning anything.

Problems with an order

Send your order number and photographs to hello@treasurecasepackaging.com, ideally within 7 days of delivery. For an error on our side, we will arrange a replacement, remake or refund and cover the related shipping costs.

Changes and refunds

Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. We will confirm the order details and any applicable LOGO artwork, and notify you before production starts. Once production begins, changes or cancellation for a change of mind are not available. Where stock items are offered, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days with prior agreement; return shipping is at your cost. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Original shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
